Fatos has been with Shiloh Technologies for six years and has been an integral part of the focus and delivery of customer satisfaction to Shiloh’s customers. He enjoys his work-life balance and spending time with his young daughters as much as he can.

What do you do when you are not in the office:  I enjoy sports, fitness, fishing, and hanging out with friends.

What is something that has impacted your business career:  Many people were instrumental in my career development, but there are a few co-workers from past and present that have had and continue to have, a major impact not only on my career but for me personally.

If you have an idol, who is it and why: My father is my idol.  His vision, teachings, trust, and courage have, and continue to, guide me through this puzzle we call life.

How has Covid impacted your day to day office duties: I seem to have more meetings, more communication, and obviously a lot less in-person interaction.

What do you like best about working at Shiloh: Opportunities to learn different aspects of business, new technologies, innovation, and ultimately and most importantly, the people I work with.

Austin Willey

Development Operations Engineer

It is not every day that you have an employee that has been with the company since before they graduated from college, but that is the case with Austin.  Austin has been with Shiloh Technologies since his sophomore year of college.  He began as a part-time Jr. Developer and transitioned to full time a month after his college graduation. Austin was recently promoted to Development Operations Engineer and is responsible for process improvements for that department.

What is your favorite movie quote:  “I see now that the circumstances of one’s birth are irrelevant. It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.” – Pokémon: The First Movie

What do you do when you are not in the office: “I enjoy spending time with family, watching my favorite sports teams, and playing video games with friends.”

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “Our staff. Everyone treats you like family and everyone’s there anytime you need them.” 

What is the best vacation you have been on?  “My Junior trip in college at the University of Arkansas we went to Germany/France.”

What are some words of wisdom you would like to share? “Enjoy the little things.”

Kristi Coats

National Accounts Sales Executive

Kristi Coats, National Account Sales Executive, has been with Shiloh Technologies for 1 year.  She spent most of her prior working years either in IT/Technology or Sales/Business Development.  Her diverse experience in both fields is what makes Kristi a great fit on the Sales side of Shiloh Technologies.  Kristi knows how to build relationships and enjoys meeting new people and networking.

Tell us about your family:  “My immediate family consists of two adult children, Ryan and Molly, and my best friend Blake.  Ryan graduated from U of A last year and Molly just started her freshman year of college at UAFS.”  Kristi is very close with her mother, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews as well.

Favorite Hobby:  “Through the years my hobbies have been a little on hold due to raising kids, but now they are grown and I am investing some time into learning the game of golf.”

If you could visit anywhere, where would you choose:  “Seychelles Island.  It is absolutely heavenly looking!”

Favorite Indoor Activity:  “I enjoy cooking.  It is a way that we can come together as a family, share stories, and recipes.”

Favorite Food:  “Hands down Mexican food.  Give me tacos, chips, salsa, and a good margarita and I am very content.”

Favorite Family Tradition:  “Due to a large family on my father’s side, I have many first and second cousins that I am very close to.  We started a Charles Family reunion in 2012 when my grandparents passed away.  The reunion is held the same time each year and we plan for months.”

Favorite Part About Working At Shiloh:  “I know the importance of spending time with the people you care about and care about you.  Shiloh is exactly that.  We are an extension of each other and work together to accomplish all of life’s challenges.”

Employee Spotlight | Kyle Broaddrick | Shiloh Technologies

Kyle Broaddrick

Jr. Developer

Kyle has been with Shiloh Technologies since December 2018. He was a Jr. Application Support Specialist until being promoted into a Jr. Developer position recently within the company. Kyle is a great team player and always willing to jump in and help whenever help is needed. Kyle also enjoys a great cooking challenge among his teammates.

How do you deal with stress: “I like to spend time with friends and getting outdoors.”

What do you do when you’re not in the office: “I love living so close to Beaver Lake and that my girlfriend and I can be at the lake any weekend in 15 minutes.  I am a big fan of kayaking and love camping on the Buffalo River as well.

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “I have gotten to see and work with newer technology, and be on the front end of new products being developed.”

How has working from home during Covid-19 changed your lifestyle?:  “Working from home has been a challenge at times, as sometimes it’s hard to clock out when your office is now inside your home.”

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?: “I would like to go to Barcelona and attend a Barcelona vs. Real Madrid soccer game as I was a huge fan of Lionel Messi growing up.”

Tell us something we wouldn’t know about you:  “I ran cross country and track for Oklahoma Christian during college winning 2 conference titles.  One was as a team member of the cross country team and the other was in the 10000m in track.  The fastest mile I ever ran was in Fayetteville on the indoor track.”

Sheila Berkley

Vice President of Finance & Administration

If you ever wonder where to find an answer for a question about Shiloh, Sheila is who you can turn to.  She has been with Shiloh Technologies for 15 years and has seen the many changes and growth that Shiloh has experienced.

Words of Wisdom: No matter what you strive for or what you achieve, if you can offer love to everyone you encounter, you will be rich beyond measure.

What do you do when you are not in the office: I enjoy spending my free time with friends, reading my favorite books, and enjoying my home.

Most rewarding job you have had: Running a non-profit transitional housing unit for troubled women.  Sheila also created a startup non-profit thrift store where she worked with low-income women and local youths providing job and computer skills training.  From this community involvement, Sheila was selected as the first Outstanding Woman of the Year at the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Conference in 2000.

Best thing about Shiloh: The people!  She works closely with each and every one of the employees and she loves the family atmosphere the company provides.

Best vacation you have been on: I traveled a lot in my previous work life and San Francisco is still my favorite place.  I enjoy the weather and the open-hearted acceptance that the area provides.

What is something that you would still like to do in your lifetime: Finish the book she is currently writing and become the person she would like to be by living as close to her philosophy and ideas as she can.

Stacy Reagan

Office Manager

Enter the Shiloh Technologies office, and Stacy is the first person you will see. You will be greeted with a warm smile, as sharing a smile is one of her favorite things to do. Stacy believes that “Every day that you get to share some joy and happiness with someone is a good day.”

Words of Wisdom: Prior Planning Prevents Pitiful Performance. My daughter reminds me of how frequently I used to tell her this.

What do you do when you are not in the office: I am still trying to figure this out!  My interest is evolving every day. I enjoy community service work, spending time with my family, and helping my brother on his farm. You will more than likely find me doing something outside.

Favorite movie: Sweet Home Alabama. I was fortunate to live in Mississippi for nine years. This movie reminds me so much of the traditions that you can experience in the South as well as the southern ways.

Best thing about Shiloh: Our leadership!  They have created an atmosphere that makes you want to come to work each and every day and give 100%.  We are a family at Shiloh, and everyone pitches in where they are needed.  Our customers’ needs are our number one priority.

What is your favorite book?: “Anything by Karen Kingsbury. I have several of her series that I have collected.”

Three things you would still like to do: Skydive, see the Northern lights, visit Nashville, and the Smokey Mountains.

Project Manager

Laura can do it all – she has been with Shiloh for almost 13 years and has to work in many departments within the company. She can accomplish anything she puts her mind to!

Words of Wisdom: “Play your strengths. Success will come if you love what you are doing.”

What you do when you’re not in the office: “I have two boys that keep me very busy. I am an all-in football mom for JT and his team. Michael has started high school theatre and I look forward to being an equally all-in theater mom. My friendships are important to me and I prioritize carving out time for them!”

Favorite movie: “For the Love of the Game, it is a baseball movie about a pitcher who is trying to decide if he is retiring after this final game of the season. He reflects on his career while pitching a perfect game. I love baseball and I love this movie. ⚾💪”

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “Our leaderships’ integrity is reflected throughout the entire team and company; we always strive to do right by the customer. It is our priority to take care of our customers and employees.”

Best vacation you have been on:: “Going to Europe in high school, I was able to visit 7 different countries on a three-week trip. It was crazy! Though my favorite trip by far, was taking my mom, my boys, and two of my nieces on a 17-day road trip to New York. I gave my mother the opportunity to show her grandchildren where she grew up in the Bronx. We made tons of pit stops along the way; including Niagara Falls and The Baseball Hall of Fame.”

Favorite Recipe:: “A family favorite is Veggie Bars – I love it because it is fresh cut veggies on top of a croissant crust with a ranch dip. Even the pickiest of eaters will eat raw cauliflower, broccoli, and bell peppers, etc.!”

Blake is a problem solver who is always looking for the next challenge to overcome. He is dedicated to the success of Shiloh and keeps the team focused on what is next!

What you do when you’re not in the office: “I love to ride motorcycles and play with my daughter! My wife and I have two dogs, a lab and a border collie mix that keep us out and about on hikes.”

Favorite movie quote: “We were inverted!” – Top Gun. “This was probably the first action movie I saw that I wasn’t supposed to watch, I have watched it a million times since.” ☁🛩☁

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “My favorite part about Shiloh is that we are all connected to each other. I can stop by anyone’s office and have a conversation about anything. I love the family culture we have.”

Best vacation you have been on:: “We went to Orlando last summer and my daughter got to see all the characters she knows from her favorite movies and shows. It was a lot of fun!”

Local Restaurant Recommendation:: “Neal’s Cafe in Springdale! It is a bright pink building. They are a mom & pop shop that has been around for a while, and they have the best pies.”

Mike is an outstanding team player. He is a busy guy who makes time for the things that matter. If there are bagels in the break room, you can bet Mike was a part of it.

What you do when you’re not in the office: “I spend time with my family. 😁 On the weekends I hit up the shooting range, it’s exhilarating.”

Kendall Gibbons

Kendall brings his A-game to work every day. He has been working in networks and security his whole career and he means business, but don’t let that fool you he also means to have a good time.

What you do when you’re not in the office: “We are big into music at our house, we listen to and play all genres. I love to play the guitar and sing. On the weekends my wife and I like to visit the local breweries.”

Favorite movie/book: “Carl Sagan – Contact, staring Jodie Foster. If you read anything by Carl Sagan you will be amazed.”

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “We are truly the best in class when it comes to big data.”

Garrett Cooper

Application Developer

Garrett is an integral part of what keeps Shiloh Technologies innovating and engineering for tomorrow. Though, the best part of it all is that he makes it look easy and does it with a smile.

What you do when you’re not in the office: “I love watching movies! Particularly sci-fi/futuristic themed movies. I also love hiking with my dogs, and bike riding on the NWA trails.”

Favorite book: “Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.”

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “We look for the hardest things the customer has to deal with, and those are the things that we take on. Our priority is making sure the customer can focus on making the best decisions with the best information.”

Best vacation you’ve been on: “When my girlfriend and I first started dating we took a long weekend trip to St. Louis; they have the best zoo I’ve ever been to!”

Local Restaurant Recommendation: “Sushi House! It is my favorite.” 🥢

Anita Brightwell

Director of Sales

Anita has been with Shiloh Technologies for 12 years; she has been working in software and services her entire career. She is a gem of a person, who knows the ins and the outs of what it takes to be in the software industry.

Words of Wisdom: “Don’t sweat the small stuff – and its all the small stuff. 😉”

How do you deal with stress: “I take a deep breath…pour a full glass of wine…and I reflect on what is important in life.” Here is a tip, “Set your deadlines a couple of days before the actual deadline… this ensures success and give you some time to reflect and correct.”

What you do when you’re not in the office: “I work in my yard – I love to garden! I enjoy being with my family, we go to the lake, to the beach, we love to swim. I also really like to travel, my favorite place to date has been Paris. I recently took my granddaughter to Paris, and she loved it too. The history and the architecture is absolutely fascinating.”

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “The people I work with and our customers! I love solving problems and talking business.”

What is the most unusual job you’ve ever had?: “When I was working in the ticketing service, I had a side gig for ticketing a boxing event. It was such a strange environment… boxing agents are like the mafia behind the scenes. Something went wrong with the live feed for the boxing event which resulted in an event that did not do as well as the agents wanted.  They were trying to withhold payment from the people I hired for the event so I had to sit in a room with 3 agents demanding they pay up for those I hired to work the event.  Scary and crazy…but I got the cash, paid the employees and got out of there!”

Local Restaurant Recommendation: Saiwok Vietnamese Street Food – I have NEVER had anything bad there. 👌”
