Eli has been with Shiloh Technologies since 2018 and has been a part of the Customer Support and Implementation Teams. He enjoys his work, but when asked what his favorite hobby was when he is not in the office, “creative writing.” “I like to practice writing speculative fiction. What is something that has impacted your business career:Thank you, Dr. Fang, my Database Administration professor, for showing me how interesting data management can be.”

What is a tip you would like to share: “Peel your bananas from the end opposite of the stem to prevent strings from sticking.”

How do you deal with stress: “I like to listen to podcasts and music to calm down.  Either my rock playlist or a true-crime series will keep my mood stable.”

Most unusual job you have ever had: “Technology officer for a Middle School. So many crazy things that were not technology-related.”

Best vacation you have been on: “A two-week study abroad at the Kansai International Language Institute in Osaka, Japan.”

What do you like best about working at Shiloh Technologies: “Knowing that my coworkers will be able to help with any question I have.”

Mike has been with Shiloh Technologies for three years and is a part of our Customer Support Team. He has had his share of unusual and rewarding jobs in the past, but he truly enjoys the team atmosphere that is found at Shiloh Technologies. “Everyone is always willing to help whenever needed.”

Most Rewarding/Unusual Job You Have Ever Had:

“Managing food and beverage operations in sporting venues.  I had an opportunity to work with wonderful people and see parts of the sporting events, concerts, and shows that were hosted in the venue.  I also catered to the entertainers that we were hosting.  There were some interesting requests.”

What is something that you would still like to do in your lifetime?

“I would like to travel to Europe and Australia.”

“Enjoy your time with family and friends and learn something new each day.”

Seth Swafford

Manager of Customer Experience

The friendly and happy voice that you have seen or heard on the other side of the screen or phone line since November, has been none other than our own Manager of Customer Experience, Seth Swafford.  Seth has been with Shiloh Technologies for four months and has become a valuable asset to our Shiloh team.  Seth brings a fun personality to go along with his 6’7 stature that customers have grown to love.

What do you like to do when you are not in the office: “I’m currently building a house, so that takes up a lot of time. I also enjoy serving at my church, live music, and being “Fun Uncle” to my five nieces and nephews. “

What is something that has impacted your business career and why: “I grew up on a working farm, and when feeding cows on extremely cold days I would think to myself, “When I’m older, I’m working in an office.” That thought crossed my mind multiple times when getting through college. Anytime I begin to take my life for granted, I’ll think, “You could be hauling hay in the snow” and I remind myself to be thankful. “

Fatos has been with Shiloh Technologies for six years and has been an integral part of the focus and delivery of customer satisfaction to Shiloh’s customers. He enjoys his work-life balance and spending time with his young daughters as much as he can.

What do you do when you are not in the office:  I enjoy sports, fitness, fishing, and hanging out with friends.

What is something that has impacted your business career:  Many people were instrumental in my career development, but there are a few co-workers from past and present that have had and continue to have, a major impact not only on my career but for me personally.

If you have an idol, who is it and why: My father is my idol.  His vision, teachings, trust, and courage have, and continue to, guide me through this puzzle we call life.

How has Covid impacted your day to day office duties: I seem to have more meetings, more communication, and obviously a lot less in-person interaction.

What do you like best about working at Shiloh: Opportunities to learn different aspects of business, new technologies, innovation, and ultimately and most importantly, the people I work with.

Austin Willey

Development Operations Engineer

It is not every day that you have an employee that has been with the company since before they graduated from college, but that is the case with Austin.  Austin has been with Shiloh Technologies since his sophomore year of college.  He began as a part-time Jr. Developer and transitioned to full time a month after his college graduation. Austin was recently promoted to Development Operations Engineer and is responsible for process improvements for that department.

What do you do when you are not in the office: “I enjoy spending time with family, watching my favorite sports teams, and playing video games with friends.”

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “Our staff. Everyone treats you like family and everyone’s there anytime you need them.” 

What is the best vacation you have been on?  “My Junior trip in college at the University of Arkansas we went to Germany/France.”

Kristi Coats

National Accounts Sales Executive

Kristi Coats, National Account Sales Executive, has been with Shiloh Technologies for 1 year.  She spent most of her prior working years either in IT/Technology or Sales/Business Development.  Her diverse experience in both fields is what makes Kristi a great fit on the Sales side of Shiloh Technologies.  Kristi knows how to build relationships and enjoys meeting new people and networking.

Tell us about your family:  “My immediate family consists of two adult children, Ryan and Molly, and my best friend Blake.  Ryan graduated from U of A last year and Molly just started her freshman year of college at UAFS.”  Kristi is very close with her mother, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews as well.

Favorite Hobby:  “Through the years my hobbies have been a little on hold due to raising kids, but now they are grown and I am investing some time into learning the game of golf.”

If you could visit anywhere, where would you choose:  “Seychelles Island.  It is absolutely heavenly looking!”

Favorite Indoor Activity:  “I enjoy cooking.  It is a way that we can come together as a family, share stories, and recipes.”

Favorite Food:  “Hands down Mexican food.  Give me tacos, chips, salsa, and a good margarita and I am very content.”

Favorite Family Tradition:  “Due to a large family on my father’s side, I have many first and second cousins that I am very close to.  We started a Charles Family reunion in 2012 when my grandparents passed away.  The reunion is held the same time each year and we plan for months.”

Favorite Part About Working At Shiloh:  “I know the importance of spending time with the people you care about and care about you.  Shiloh is exactly that.  We are an extension of each other and work together to accomplish all of life’s challenges.”

Kyle Broaddrick

Jr. Developer

Kyle has been with Shiloh Technologies since December 2018. He was a Jr. Application Support Specialist until being promoted into a Jr. Developer position recently within the company. Kyle is a great team player and always willing to jump in and help whenever help is needed. Kyle also enjoys a great cooking challenge among his teammates.

How do you deal with stress: “I like to spend time with friends and getting outdoors.”

What do you do when you’re not in the office: “I love living so close to Beaver Lake and that my girlfriend and I can be at the lake any weekend in 15 minutes.  I am a big fan of kayaking and love camping on the Buffalo River as well.

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “I have gotten to see and work with newer technology, and be on the front end of new products being developed.”

How has working from home during Covid-19 changed your lifestyle?:  “Working from home has been a challenge at times, as sometimes it’s hard to clock out when your office is now inside your home.”

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?: “I would like to go to Barcelona and attend a Barcelona vs. Real Madrid soccer game as I was a huge fan of Lionel Messi growing up.”

Tell us something we wouldn’t know about you:  “I ran cross country and track for Oklahoma Christian during college winning 2 conference titles.  One was as a team member of the cross country team and the other was in the 10000m in track.  The fastest mile I ever ran was in Fayetteville on the indoor track.”

Stacy Reagan | Employee Spotlight | Shiloh Next

Stacy Reagan

Office Manager

Enter the Shiloh Technologies office, and Stacy is the first person you will see. You will be greeted with a warm smile, as sharing a smile is one of her favorite things to do. Stacy believes that “Every day that you get to share some joy and happiness with someone is a good day.”

Words of Wisdom: Prior Planning Prevents Pitiful Performance. My daughter reminds me of how frequently I used to tell her this.

What do you do when you are not in the office: I am still trying to figure this out!  My interest is evolving every day. I enjoy community service work, spending time with my family, and helping my brother on his farm. You will more than likely find me doing something outside.

Favorite movie: Sweet Home Alabama. I was fortunate to live in Mississippi for nine years. This movie reminds me so much of the traditions that you can experience in the South as well as the southern ways.

Best thing about Shiloh: Our leadership!  They have created an atmosphere that makes you want to come to work each and every day and give 100%.  We are a family at Shiloh, and everyone pitches in where they are needed.  Our customers’ needs are our number one priority.

What is your favorite book?: “Anything by Karen Kingsbury. I have several of her series that I have collected.”

Three things you would still like to do: Skydive, see the Northern lights, visit Nashville, and the Smokey Mountains.

Best vacation you have been on:: “We went to Orlando last summer and my daughter got to see all the characters she knows from her favorite movies and shows. It was a lot of fun!”

Local Restaurant Recommendation:: “Neal’s Cafe in Springdale! It is a bright pink building. They are a mom & pop shop that has been around for a while, and they have the best pies.”

Garrett is an integral part of what keeps Shiloh Technologies innovating and engineering for tomorrow. Though, the best part of it all is that he makes it look easy and does it with a smile.

What you do when you’re not in the office: “I love watching movies! Particularly sci-fi/futuristic themed movies. I also love hiking with my dogs, and bike riding on the NWA trails.”

Best thing about Shiloh Technologies: “We look for the hardest things the customer has to deal with, and those are the things that we take on. Our priority is making sure the customer can focus on making the best decisions with the best information.”

Best vacation you’ve been on: “When my girlfriend and I first started dating we took a long weekend trip to St. Louis; they have the best zoo I’ve ever been to!”
