Britt Fogg – Founder and CEO

Britt Fogg is the Founder and CEO of Shiloh Technologies. His passion and primary focus is innovation using cutting-edge technology including Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

For the last 20 years, Britt has been immersed in retail technology and has worked hand in hand with many of the largest retail account teams and CPG companies in the world. Through this knowledge and experience, he identified requirements and processes to solve their business problems with technology. This foundation evolved into today’s ShilohNEXT, a modern BI platform that leverages traditional analytics, advanced technology, statistics and science to help make better business decisions.

Britt has been an avid pilot for more than thirty years and holds a BA in Aerospace Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado.

Kurt Gibbons – Chief Operations Officer

Kurt Gibbons has more than 25 years of achievement as a sales professional. As the COO of Shiloh Technologies, Kurt is passionate about helping clients improve their business processes and increase revenue through technology implementation.

Kurt came to Shiloh about five years ago after having worked for two of the most recognizable and top beverage companies in the world: Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper/Snapple Group. He has demonstrated huge success in driving billion-dollar sales growth while also providing award-winning sales leadership in highly competitive markets. He was honored as a member of the “Top 40 Under 40” up-and-coming executives and business leaders in 2003 and was awarded the Walmart Supplier of the Year in 1995, 2003, 2005, and 2009.

Anita Brightwell – Director of Sales

Anita Brightwell has been with Shiloh for over 10 years and has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry working with many of the top 100 CPG companies. She also had the opportunity to work with many Universities and Colleges helping them implement POS, web hosting and finance systems for their retail and book stores.

As Director of Sales at Shiloh, her primary focus is to help her clients maximize their true selling potential by providing them with proven solutions that fit their specific business needs. She views her clients as a partner and is unyielding in her tenacity to combine the appropriate mix of technology to the company’s unique situation. Anita is an out-of-the-box thinker who allows your company to benefit from Shiloh’s cutting-edge solutions in a cost-efficient manner.

Meredith Hill

Meredith Hill – National Account Manager

Meredith Hill is a National Account Manager at Shiloh Technologies and is focused on customer relations. She works hand in hand with retailers and retail suppliers around the globe to bring efficiencies to their IT, analytics and data systems through the latest technology solutions.  By implementing the right business solutions, Meredith quickly progresses her customers to their optimal selling potential.

Meredith has spent the last eight years in technology sales and is passionate about getting to know her customers and their needs to better understand how to help them solve business challenges. Before starting a career in sales, she was a television reporter in Tennessee, where she found her passion for working with people.

Matthew Robinson has been in the Retail/CPG technology industry for more than 14 years. His career began with Walmart in its Information Systems Division where he worked in the areas of MCAPS/CAPS, Store of the Community and Market Basket. He then came to Shiloh Technologies and held positions including Application Developer, Support Team Lead and Training Manager.

Matthew then had the opportunity to expand his knowledge of the retail supplier world, working for Jarden Consumer Solutions as Shopper Insights Manager for more than two years.

Laura Anderson – Sales Support Analyst / Accounts Receivable

Laura Anderson has been with Shiloh Technologies since 2007. She has been a great asset by working cross-functionally in marketing, sales support, and accounting.

Laura has been the resident Salesforce Guru, aka CRM Project Manager and Administrator, for more than five years. She has single-handedly developed and engineered a custom system in Sales Force that is perfectly configured to meet Shiloh’s needs. Not only is Laura an expert with CRM analysis and configurations, she also works directly with all customers evaluating their existing licensing needs and processing their accounts receivable. Laura attended Henderson State University where she studied Elementary Education with an emphasis on Special Education.

Marla Gottula has been the Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Shiloh since 2013.  Marla keeps the Shiloh ship afloat and sailing smoothly.  From administrative and marketing support to managing office inventory and implementing and improving office processes, she is invaluable to the team.  Marla manages and expedites Accounts Payable and negotiates outside vendor contracts.

Mike Jimenez has more than 20 years of experience leading IT and Technical Service Support teams. Mike brings his knowledge and expertise in daily management of operational and production activities, along with his ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues to the Shiloh team. He and his team support all infrastructure activities from networking to managing all hosted servers and connectivity.

Prior to joining Shiloh, Mike spent 13 years at T-Mobile USA, where he managed all desktop support teams outside of the call centers. He also served as Support Supervisor for Raymond James, running day-to-day operations and supporting more than 60 representatives.

Mike currently serves as Director of Support and Infrastructure, where he leads an efficient and responsive support team that focuses on providing quality service and client satisfaction.

Development

Austin Willey – Software Engineer

Austin Willey is a Senior at the University of Arkansas studying Computer Science. He has spent two years co-designing and co-developing web applications to meet customer business requirements using Microsoft’s .NET Framework. As part of the Shiloh Team, Austin has played a key role in designing and developing numerous applications. Working closely with Britt Fogg, Austin has been instrumental in the development of ShilohNEXT’s newest tool, XL ConnectTM, a powerful Excel plug-in allowing users to work with their data directly from within Excel.  Austin enjoys studying leading edge technologies that can later be implemented into our future products.

Charlie Furlow – Solutions Engineer

Charlie Furlow brings more than 15 years of experience in the IT and retail industries to Shiloh as Implementation Manager. He began his career developing a refined skillset in server and network support, transitioning to a Retail Analyst role shortly after. After joining Shiloh in 2008, Charlie has served in a broad range of positions including Support Representative, Customer Experience Representative, and Solutions Architect. During his 10 years at Shiloh, Charlie has displayed the ability to solve complex issues that require an in-depth knowledge of retail data systems and infrastructure. He is currently responsible for leading the development of implementation strategies for the ShilohNEXT platform, delivering in a timely and straightforward manner, ultimately resulting in a superior customer experience.

Fatos Berisha – Implementation Manager

Fatos Berisha is a highly skilled technical engineer with more than eight years of experience in design, integration and support of enterprise software. He began his career as an Applications Engineer and Senior Support Engineer at Technesis, where he facilitated complex software migration and updates, ensuring uninterrupted service and safeguarded against data loss throughout the process. He also supervised and trained a team of engineers to triage, manage, and resolve client requests within established quality standards.

Fatos joined Shiloh in 2014 as Support Analyst Team Lead. He became the resident expert on data validation between Shiloh and various data sources. Fatos currently serves as the Implementation Manager at Shiloh, where he applies his attention to analytic detail to monitor the implementation process for our clients from start to finish.

Steven Davis has more than 32 years of Information Technology experience in Operations, Application Development, Application Maintenance and Support. Steven has been with Shiloh for more than four years where he began as an Application Support Analyst and progressed into Implementation. Steven brings his knowledge of the design, development and maintenance of SQL tables, stored procedures, functions and queries. Steven’s ability to master new concepts and implement new solutions along with his positive and easy-going attitude makes him a valued member of the Shiloh Team. His is known for his expertise in the development, maintenance and support of custom software and reporting solutions, and his robust experience has enabled him to be successful working with individual clients and as well as cross-functionally on a team.
